Just sharing the Gospel
Believer all of my life. None theologian. Far from perfect born again Christian, (About me) just sharing God's love and His message of hope, 'The Gospel,' with a lost and dying world. Time is running out but there is 'good news' in these darkening days. For those who are fearful for the future, who are weighed down with sin, grief or suffering, we have the promise of a new life through Christ Jesus.
We can be saved, forgiven for our sins, become a new creature with a heart for God and righteous desires. We can be reconciled to our Heavenly Father, who promises the gift of eternal life in a new Heaven and a new Earth.
What is the Gospel? Is it a verse or Scripture from the Bible. Do we simply say a prayer and we get to go to Heaven. Why do we need to be rescued, and from what. Why is the Gospel good news and does it apply to everyone?
